Customer Service

Customer service is available to assist you with any of your service hookup, termination and billing questions. Our normal work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday except on legal holidays. For emergency service call 207-866-4449 anytime of the day or night. You may pay your

How to Read Your Bill

Customers are billed three months in advance. There is a minimum charge of $21.00 for a 5/8th inch meter.

Disconnect Process

The bill goes out on the 1st of the month, and is due by the first of the next month. On the 14th, a disconnection notice is sent giving the customer 10 business days to pay. If the bill isn't paid we send out a technician to collect the bill plus a $35.00 collection trip fee. If the bill is not collected, water is shut off.
